HumanitAir is a travel company that focuses entirely on the complex – and often very urgent – travel needs of humanitarian travellers. Our people have many years of work experience in the humanitarian travel community and are convinced that this community needs a solid and like-minded partner who is fully specialised and committed to accompanying humanitarian travellers from A to Z throughout their mission.
With us, you are not a “business-on-the-side”. You are our focus. Our clients are not corporate business travellers, marine travellers or governmental travellers. We put all our energy into helping humanitarian travellers reach the destination where they are most needed. We feel responsible for representing your interests and explaining your wishes and requirements to all travel-related suppliers such as airlines and hotel chains, but also for example Co2 reduction & CO2 compensation partners.

HumanitAir binds together a dedicated team of travel advisors for you, which guarantees a personal service. The Travel Advisor has extensive knowledge of all the different products and services of suppliers such as airlines, car rental companies and hotels, as well as, for example, savings programmes, visa requirements and security aspects.
We know your organisation. To us, you are not just a number. We distinguish ourselves by looking through the eyes of the humanitarian traveller. Our Travel Advisors learn everything about your wishes and travel policy before any travel advice is given. We are fully aware of the travel procedures of the organisation and the wishes of individual travellers. In addition, our people follow developments within your organisation through the news, social media and of course by keeping in contact with your travellers. Our goal is to involve our travel consultants in your important work. In addition, we provide our Travel Advisors with a safe, trusted and respectful environment so that they can provide the best service.
